Our goal is to make veterinary care convenient and accessible for everyone. You can book an appointment online with a veterinarian or Veterinary Technician and connect by video or phone from wherever you are to suit your schedule and circumstances. Your appointment may be ‘virtual’, but the advice you’ll receive will be very real.

Any time outside of our standard operating hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-4pm Sundays, if you place a call to our hospital you will be directed to speak with a veterinary professional.

This allows you to receive safe, appropriate, and timely assessments of your pet’s health. A team of live Veterinary Technicians uses trusted Clinical Protocols to evaluate the severity of the situation, determine urgency, and specify clear next steps, which may include a virtual consult with a veterinarian.

Telemedicine is not without limitations. We’ll let you know if it turns out that your pet needs to be seen for an exam or to run tests to ensure a complete and accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
